A gold-medalist from Pune University, he is responsible for translating Company's vision into reality. He is also instrumental in forging strategic alliances with world-leaders in e-business management. He has over 17 years of experience in all aspects of Information Technology. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Pune University and a Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering from I.I.T., Mumbai.

A skillful negotiator and a resourceful marketer, he has specialized over a period of 16 years in marketing and selling Information Technology solutions to large government and semi-government as well as public organizations. He continues Aftek's domestic thrust pushing end-to-end e-business solutions.

A sharp analyst and a creative thinker, he has picked up Software development and Customer Support experience in the U.S.A. and Canada. He now effectively handles support for Aftek's Smart range of Software-driven products. He holds a Bachelors degree in Law and a Masters degree in Commerce.

A Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), he is entrusted with the task of institutionalizing quality at grass-root levels in Aftek. He has total experience of over 20 years in Manufacturing, Customer Support and Marketing aspects of the Information Technology industry. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics along with Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and Masters degree in Management Science from Pune University.
Amit Raje

Amit brings in 23 years of field experience in the domain of Telecom T&M and Embedded. As an entrepreneur and co-founder CEO, he established Spartan Labs Pvt. Ltd. an Embedded Design Services Organization. Prior, Amit worked as an Outsourcing expert with Acterna Ltd. Plymouth, U.K. Played a key role in building two joint venture companies for Forbes Campbell, one with WG Germany and other with H Tinsley UK, respectively in the domain of Telecom T&M and Electrical Test equipments.
Dr. Rajendra Datar

Rajendra brings in more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry that encompasses the complete mixed-signal chip design cycle, embedded software and board bring up of modern SoC's to set up competent teams and develop products in the area of Multimedia entertainment and Telecom domain. He has a proven track record of building large teams and managing multi site project engineering execution. He has experience in running both cost center or profit center operations of chip design and software export companies in India. He obtained his Master of Technology from IIT Mumbai in 1976 and Ph. D. from University of Toronto in 1983. He holds 8 US patents, has several technical publications in internationally reputed journals like IEEE CAS transaction, Electronic letters, Proceedings of European Circuit Conference and is Senior Member of IEEE.
